Well, like the subject line says, it's just another day in paradise. Work sucked again friday. The machines broke down all day long again. A tank even got thrown at the head of one of my supervisors because of  a faulty belt. Oh well. We got out of there early, though. The union people were goin to vote on their new contract. I still haven't got dads puter runnin yet. I should have the money to get the parts I need today. That thing is gonna be speedy. I put an athlon xp 2400+ in it. Not much RAM though. Still looks to be quite a bit quicker than what I'm runnin right now. I plan on upgrading to the 64-bit platform soon, and move up to the high-end level. I'm goin to see Aime today. I miss her. We are goin out to eat with a couple of her friends then me and her may go see a movie or something. I may be moving to West Virginia next year. I hope that works out. Well, more later.

  Well, last night and today really didnt go all that well. It sucked, actually. Last night, I tried to get dad's computer put together. Well, it took me 4 hours to get everything in and ready. After that, the darn thing decides it doesnt want to work. Dad's old hard disk, both his cd drives, and his floppy drive are all dead. Pissy. Work today was equally horrible. 2 of the first 4 hours I was there I spent leaning up against a wall under a fan. The machinery and belts on my line kept breaking down. I swear, it felt like I was there for twelve friggin hours. Oh well. Maybe tommorrow will be a bit better. I know saturday will. I'm going to eat with Aime and a couple of her friends in VA. Man, I hate crowds.

  Ok, I'm back. Quite a bit has went on since my last post. I have a new job at a plant, American Water Heater. Best money I've ever made, and also the most earned. I have a g/f now. Her name is Aime, and she lives all the way up in VA. Thats quite a drive. Well, I'm gettin about tired of waitin on the Fed-Ex people to get here with the parts to dad's 'puter. It got fried in a thunderstorm about a month ago, and fed-ex is taking their precious time gettin here with the stuff I need to fix it. Oh, I could possibly be moving sometime in the next year or two. Aime is gettin ready to start school in west VA, which is way to far to drive, so if everything goes right, I'll be livin up there in the next year or two, when she is allowed to live off-campus. I thought about starting school again myself. I dunno, with what I want to do, a degree would help, but is far from necessary, so we'll see how everything works out.

Well, it's been an odd day of sorts. My mother had me go to the clinic she works at to take a glucose tolerance test. Diebetis runs in my family bad, and she likes to keep an eye on things. Well, the test results revealed that I had Hypoglycemia. I know have to eat about 6 small meals a day, all that contain protein, to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low. This was'nt all that odd, I expected something of that sort. What really got to me was she put me on an anti-depressant. Yes, I need it, but I rarely talk to mom. Where the hell did that come from?
In other news, I have a couple of interesting job prospects. Wal-Mart is hiring like crazy again, and so is the magic mart. I'm gonna pay both of those a visit in the morning, on top of the Sunoco next to my appartment and the exon. Also, I've decided to start taking magic a little more seriously. I used to play for the fun of it, but it's beginning to get on my last nerve loosing all the time. Everybody seems to be laughing at blue nowdays, so I'm gonna put the necessary components in it to put it over the top. I may even go UW control with it. It also seems I have a chance to play the old starwars again. Nick is running a sealed box tourney with it @ $28 a box, reflections 1. That aint bad. Anyways, more later got stuff to do and chat rooms to raid.

Well, I guess it would be good to start this off with a quick rundown of the past couple weeks. I lost my job with a company I have been with for nearly a year and a half. It was a crappy job for an even crappier company so its not that big of a loss. I ended up quitting on them. Their bullshit finnaly exceeded my tolerance level. So, I'm in the market for another job. Hopefully something better than a convenience store.  On a different note, I am also lonely as hell. Yes, I have a g/f and all, but I havent been with anyone I particularly liked in 2 or 3 years, and that shit is getting really old really fast.  On the plus side, These events have gave me some of my motivation back to follow some of my hobbies. I may go ahead and get crackin on my web site. God knows I have put that off long enough. I'm also going to pick back up on my studying. I like to study programming, web development..... anything like that. I guess you could call me a wanna-be computer nut at this point. Oh well. Maybe more next time.
